Captains Away Weekend
This years event will be on May 26th and May 27th 2019 and will be held at: Aldwark Manor Golf and Spa Hotel,
Aldwark, Alne, York YO61 1UF
It goes without saying that I would love to see as many people attend as possible and if the event half as enjoyable as last years at Hollins Hall then I am sure it will be a success.
The course and facilities have come highly recommended and I have been assured that we will be well looked after.
The date chosen is to try and ensure that we have some great weather for our trip although I do
appreciate there is less time to plan the event, therefore I need you all to be punctual to the timelines
set for this event. If you are interested in coming along then please put your name down on the list in the bistro and I can confirm numbers with the events team at Aldwark.
Details:
May 26th Competition Tee Off at 1pm
May 26th 3 Course Meal served from 8pm
May 27th Breakfast served from 7am
May 27th Competition Tee Off at 10.28am
The price for the trip is £105 per person based on 2 people sharing a twin room (supplements available for single occupancy)
The more people that attend the less the price per person for example if we can get 32 people the price will be £99 per person based on two people sharing a twin room.
For your money you will get the following:
2 Rounds of Golf (prizes available….nearest the pin, longest drive and winning scores)
1 Nights Dinner, Bed and Breakfast
Free Entry into the Evening Raffle with some excellent prizes to be won. I am sure you agree that is excellent value for money from a top venue. There will also be a 20% discount in the bar for the duration of the visit.
Payment Details:
Deposit of £35.00 to be paid by March 28th
Outstanding Balance to be paid by April 28th
