    Hi all,

I can confirm that after speaking to the owners of Manjaros, the discount available is only for members and not other members of the table (including family).
This is currently a stance which they are not willing to budge on.

    Regards,

    Sean.

    Gents,
Here’s who I have for Saturday’s Club Championship. An 18-hole medal competition off the white tees starting at 08:30. Last year’s winner, Covid-19, is not entered but watching from the gallery.
The draw will be made shortly after the closing time for entries on Thursday (12:00).
    Ally Chadwick
    Brian Cohen
    Brian Connelly
    Brian Settle
    David Willox
    Gary Beddard
    Graham Hillier
    John Newell
    John Russell
    Kenneth Lynd
    Paul Musgrave
    Peter Simpkins
    Phil Stokes
    Tom Ward

The main competition is a straightforward gross score, with the Silver Medal contest based on nett score after handicap index is deducted – another player other than the overall winner will win the Silver Medal contest

    Hi

Below is confirmed list of entrants for Sundays Captains Day, we will probably rename this competition next year to avoid any confusion to it being a charity day. Any suggestions welcome.

Please collect your scorecard and pay the entry fee of £4 in the shop, ( if you haven’t done so already)

9 holes stableford competition from the red/white tees, please leave completed scorecards in the box at the shop if I don’t collect them from you,

    Have a good game

    cheers

    Phil

    Gents,
Here’s the points table after the 7th week of the Summer League. Paul Mudd still in front, with Brian Settle catching up.

On the WHS platform for any player it shows if handicaps are to change overnight – it’s the first time I’ve noticed this so might be new. Here are the 4 new handicap indexes for players in the Beckfields Cup on Sunday (please adjust your scorecard accordingly – your strokes received will only change by 1 at most).

    Ted Allen 16.8
    Peter Simpkins 17.3
    Gary Beddard 24.6
    Peter Gibson 20.3
